Database reactivation · local service businesses

Your dormant lead list, worked for you. You pay per held meeting.

You have old leads sitting in your system. SecondTouch runs a compliant follow-up campaign on that list and books qualified appointments directly onto your calendar. No setup fee, no retainer to start — you pay per held meeting. If nobody shows, you pay nothing.

Free · no card required · held = they showed and stayed 10+ minutes

The average business takes 42 hours to respond to a new lead — and roughly a quarter never respond at all. Your old list got the same treatment. That is not a dead list; it is an unworked one. (Harvard Business Review, “The Short Life of Online Sales Leads,” March 2011.)

What we can prove today

Proof here is a process you can inspect, not a result we ask you to trust

Compliance is the architecture

Email first. Texts only with documented consent naming your business, under an A2P campaign registered under your EIN, 8am–8pm recipient-local, opt-outs honored the same day — checked before a single message is drafted.

Billable is a published definition

Qualified = real need, decision-maker, a real 15+ minute slot, not an existing customer, verified contact. Held = showed, stayed 10+ minutes. Anything less is not on your invoice.

Every dollar has an evidence pack

Each invoice line arrives with the qualification transcript, the booking record, the reminder log, and the hold confirmation. Dispute any line within 7 days; it is resolved within 5 business days or credited.

The honest part

SecondTouch is a new service with no client results to show you — so this page shows none. No testimonials, no logos, no revenue screenshots. What you can check is everything above: the mechanism, the definitions, the compliance gate, and the evidence standard every invoice has to meet. The free Dead List Audit is how we earn the next conversation.

The problem, sized with cited data

Follow-up fails quietly, at scale, everywhere it has been measured

42 hours

The average first response time to an online lead — and 23–24% of companies never responded at all.

Harvard Business Review, March 2011 (about 1.25 million leads studied)

42 hours, still

The median response time in 2026 is unchanged. Only 7% of companies respond within 5 minutes — the window that converts at roughly 9× the 24-hour rate.

RevenueLeaks analysis of 253,817 lead submissions, 2026

~100×

More likely to make contact when a lead is reached within 5 minutes instead of 30 — and ~21× more likely to qualify them.

How it works

A compliance gate, a sequence, and a definition of done

1

The compliance gate — days 0–2

Your list is checked before anything is drafted: 300+ contacts, last contact within 24 months, consent or relationship evidence reviewed — or uncertain segments are set to email-first. You sign the one-page agreement with the consent-warranty clause. A2P registration under your EIN completes before any text.

2

The sequence — days 1–14

Four to six touches over 10–14 days. Email first, always. Texts only to contacts with documented consent or who have engaged. Every first message names the real prior interaction — their inquiry, the service, roughly when — never a generic “we miss you.” 8am–8pm recipient-local; then the list rests 90 days.

3

Replies worked in under a minute

Any reply, any hour, is answered in under 60 seconds, 24/7, by an AI assistant working as your business — which never claims to be human if asked directly. It qualifies against the published five-point definition and books straight into your calendar. A human reviews every qualification before it can become billable.

4

Booked becomes held

Reminders at 48 hours, 24 hours, and 2 hours turn bookings into attendance. A no-show is re-booked free — three attempts over 5 business days. Every week you get a one-pager: contacts touched, replies, qualified bookings, held meetings, and the invoice preview with an evidence pack behind every line.

The offer

One program: the Reactivation Campaign

Everything below is included in the per-held-meeting price. There is no setup fee and no second invoice for the machinery.

What the campaign includes

  • List compliance check (consent/EBR review, email-first segmentation)
  • A 4–6 touch sequence written for your vertical, naming each contact’s real prior inquiry
  • Replies answered in under 60 seconds, 24/7, qualified against the five-point definition
  • Booking directly into your calendar, with confirmation messages
  • Reminder flows at 48h / 24h / 2h before every appointment
  • No-show recovery: free re-booking attempts within 5 business days
  • A weekly one-pager and an evidence pack behind every invoice line
  • Same-day opt-out suppression, permanent suppression list

The checkable details

Runs on: GoHighLevel (campaign, calendar, suppression) with the Meta Muse connector for conversation handling. Your lists are worked under your own business’s sender identity and your own A2P registration.

Timelines: compliance gate days 0–2; setup days 1–3; sequence runs 10–14 days; first bookings typically arrive 48–72 hours after launch — typical, not guaranteed.

Limits: minimum 300 contacts; last interaction within 24 months; consent evidence or email-first segmentation is mandatory; a working calendar and a human on your side who takes the meetings are required.

What we are not: not lead generation — we reactivate your existing list, we do not sell or supply leads. Not a call center. Not BookedSolid (that system protects appointments for chair businesses; we create the appointments). Not legal advice — the compliance posture is our operating standard, reviewed against current FCC/TCPA and carrier rules.

What we never do

  • Text a contact without documented consent naming your business, or an engaged reply
  • Run a bought, scraped, or appended list — at any price
  • Bill a meeting that was booked but not held
  • Promise a number of bookings, meetings, or revenue
  • Send outside 8am–8pm recipient-local time
  • Let the AI claim to be a human being when asked directly

Why the compliance gate protects you

Statutory exposure for non-consented marketing texts runs $500–$1,500 per message under the TCPA, and unregistered A2P traffic has been blocked by carriers since February 2025. The gate exists because one careless campaign can cost more than a year of held meetings earns. The agreement makes you warrant your list is yours to contact — and gives us the right to refuse or pause any campaign on compliance grounds, without penalty.

Pricing

Pay per held meeting. The whole price is on this page.

No setup fee. No retainer to start. Per-meeting invoices are issued through Stripe with net-7 terms, after the meeting has held and its evidence pack is attached.

After the list: the retainer conversion

A dormant list runs out — that is expected, and it is planned for. In month 2–3 most clients convert to speed-to-lead coverage on fresh inquiries plus ongoing nurture: $500/mo (under 100 leads a month), $1,000/mo (100–300), or $2,000/mo (300+). Billed monthly in advance; cancel anytime. Optional, disclosed in the agreement from day one, and never required to start.

If nobody shows, you pay nothing

Billing counts held meetings only. A no-show is never invoiced — we re-run the reminder flow and attempt to re-book it free within 5 business days, three attempts. If it cannot be re-booked, it comes off the invoice permanently.

How a claim works

Every weekly invoice preview arrives with the evidence pack per line: transcript, booking record, reminder log, hold confirmation. Dispute any line within 7 days by replying to the invoice email or writing to chiticohq+secondtouch@zohomail.com; disputes are resolved within 5 business days, and a line that fails the definitions is credited or replaced.

Exit terms

There is nothing to exit at the start: no setup fee, no retainer, no term contract. You pay for held meetings after they happen. If you convert to a retainer later, it is month-to-month, billed in advance, cancel anytime by email.

FAQ

The questions owners actually ask

How old can my list be?

Under 24 months since the last interaction, and at least 300 contacts. Older than that, the consent picture gets unreliable and the numbers stop working — we will tell you at the audit rather than take the campaign anyway. Lists that were bought, scraped, or appended from third parties are a hard no, at any age.

Is texting old leads legal? I'm not getting fined for this.

It depends entirely on how it is done, which is why compliance is the first phase here, not an afterthought. Email runs first under CAN-SPAM’s opt-out rules. Texts go only to contacts with documented consent or an established business relationship naming your business, under an A2P 10DLC campaign registered under your own EIN, inside 8am–8pm recipient-local hours, with opt-outs honored the same day across every channel. You sign a consent-warranty clause covering the list you provide, and we can refuse or pause any campaign on compliance grounds. This page is general information, not legal advice — and if a list can’t be contacted defensibly, we don’t contact it.

What exactly am I paying for?

A held meeting. Held means the prospect showed up and stayed at least 10 minutes. Qualified means a real need matching your service, a decision-maker involved, a real calendar slot of 15 minutes or more, not an existing customer already in your pipeline, and verified contact details. A booking that fails either definition is not billable. A no-show is not billable either — we re-run the reminder flow and try to re-book it free within 5 business days.

What do you need from me to start?

Three things: your dormant list as a CSV (name, phone, email, last contact date), a working booking calendar, and your consent or relationship evidence per contact — or your agreement to run uncertain segments email-first. Plus the one-page agreement with the consent-warranty clause. No calendar, no campaign: somebody on your side has to take the meetings.

Why not just hire someone to set up the software?

You can — workflow setups are a commodity, sold everywhere from $30 gigs to $297–$997 consultant packages. Then the list still has to be checked for consent, the sequence written, every reply answered in under a minute, reminders run, no-shows chased, and every meeting evidenced before you’d pay for it. We sell the held meetings, not the workflow. The software is our cost of doing business, not the product.

When does the retainer come in?

Only if you want it, and only after the dormant list has been worked — usually month 2 or 3. A dormant list runs out; the retainer converts the same machinery to speed-to-lead on your fresh inquiries plus ongoing nurture, at $500, $1,000, or $2,000 a month depending on volume. It is billed monthly in advance, you can cancel anytime, and the conversion is in the agreement from day one — it is never a surprise and never required to start.

What happens when someone opts out or complains?

Opt-outs — STOP by text, unsubscribe by email, or just saying “stop contacting me” in a reply — are honored the same day, across all channels, and the contact goes on a permanent suppression list. Any complaint pauses the campaign pending review. A clean list is worth more to us than a finished sequence.

Your list already paid for the leads once.

The Dead List Audit prices the second pass — free, one page, your numbers, no card and no obligation. If the list can’t be worked compliantly, the audit says that too.
