The service
SecondTouch runs compliant follow-up campaigns on a client’s dormant lead list and books qualified appointments into the client’s calendar. It is a reactivation service only: we do not sell or supply leads. This page summarizes the commercial terms; the signed one-page services agreement is the controlling document.
What counts as billable
You pay per held meeting only. A meeting is billable when it is both qualified and held:
- Qualified — (1) a stated need matching the client’s service, documented in the conversation transcript; (2) the prospect is the decision-maker or confirms decision-maker involvement; (3) booked into the client’s calendar for a real slot of at least 15 minutes; (4) not an existing customer already in the client’s active pipeline; (5) contact details verified, with the booking confirmation delivered.
- Held — the prospect attended and the meeting lasted at least 10 minutes, confirmed by the source named in the agreement (calendar check-in, client confirmation, or attendance log).
A booked meeting that does not hold is not billable. We attempt to re-book no-shows free within 5 business days (up to 3 attempts); if it cannot be re-booked, the line is removed from the invoice permanently. A meeting counts as ours if our sequence was the last touch before booking within a 30-day attribution window; existing-pipeline exclusions are documented at intake.
Prices and payment
- Home services (HVAC, roofing, remodelers, plumbing): $150 per held meeting
- Medspas and dental clinics: $100 per held appointment
- General local services: $75 per held meeting
- No setup fee. No retainer is required to start.
- Invoices are issued through Stripe payment links on net-7 terms, with an evidence pack behind every line.
- Optional retainer conversion (typically month 2–3): $500, $1,000, or $2,000 per month by lead volume, billed monthly in advance, cancel anytime. The conversion is disclosed in the agreement from day one.
Disputes
Dispute any invoice line within 7 days of the invoice. Disputes are resolved within 5 business days against the evidence pack; a line that fails the qualified/held definitions is credited or replaced.
Client obligations
- The list must hold at least 300 contacts, with the last interaction inside 24 months
- The client warrants that every contact either gave prior express written consent to receive marketing messages from the client, or has an established business relationship with the client — and that the client can produce that evidence on request
- Contacts with uncertain consent are run email-first; text messaging begins only after A2P brand and campaign registration under the client’s own EIN is active
- The client provides a working booking calendar, a physical postal address for email footers, and a person who takes the meetings
- The client cooperates with suppression, evidence production, and any regulatory inquiry
Our rights and limits
- We may refuse or pause any campaign on compliance grounds, without penalty
- Sends run 8am–8pm recipient-local time; opt-outs are honored the same day across all channels
- We never guarantee a number of replies, bookings, held meetings, or revenue. We sell the work and the measurement
- Compliance information on this site is general information, not legal advice
